

3 seconds is not obnoxious, but gives you a short time to decide. I wouldn't recommend 0 delay (it can be done, but not thru MSCONFIG).

Change the 10 to 3, apply, ok, exit no restart. The delay timing can be set to a minimum of 3 seconds in the MSCONFIG. I wouldn't recommend trying to change it afterward.Ģ.
